Brisa operates as a digital booking platform connecting users with independent salons and spa service providers. Refunds are governed primarily by the individual policies of each service provider. Brisa does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the provider at the time of booking.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be applicable under the following circumstances, subject to the service provider’s policy:

  • The service provider cancels the appointment
  • The service is unavailable due to provider-related issues
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by a system or payment error

Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions are clearly displayed during the booking process and must be reviewed before confirming an appointment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • User no-shows or late arrivals beyond the provider’s grace period
  • Cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation window
  • Change of mind after service confirmation
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than service failure

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Each salon or spa sets its own cancellation and rescheduling rules, including cut-off times and applicable fees. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with these rules prior to booking. Failure to follow the stated policy may result in partial or full charges.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved by the service provider:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days
  • Wallet refunds, if applicable, may be credited faster than external payment methods

Brisa facilitates the refund process but does not control payment provider timelines.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you should first contact the service provider through the Brisa platform. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact Brisa support for assistance with review and mediation.
