Service Description

Brisa provides a digital platform that enables users to discover salons and spas, book services, manage appointments, and make payments. Brisa acts solely as a technology facilitator connecting users with independent service providers. Brisa does not directly provide salon or spa services.

User Accounts

To access certain features, including booking appointments, users must create and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activities carried out through your account are deemed to be your responsibility.

Bookings and Payments

Appointments can be scheduled through the app based on available time slots provided by salons or spas. Payment may be completed using the in-app wallet or other supported payment methods.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show is subject to the specific policies of the selected service provider. These policies are clearly displayed during the booking process and must be reviewed and accepted before confirming an appointment.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the Brisa platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activities
  • Posting false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system

Brisa is not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, or outcome of services provided by salons or spas listed on the platform. All services are delivered independently by third-party providers. Any complaints, disputes, damages, or delays must be resolved directly with the service provider.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined individually by each salon or spa. Users are responsible for reviewing these policies before confirming a booking. Refunds, when applicable, are processed in accordance with the service provider’s stated policy.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Brisa application, including software, text, graphics, logos, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Brisa. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Brisa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the actions or performance of service providers, system downtime, delays, or inability to access the app. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Modifications to Terms

Brisa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through the application or official website. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
